It is a part that prevents the bolt head from causing damage or loosening on the surface to which it is attached by expanding the contact surface. They are generally used in steel constructions in machinery and structural elements where very large alternating forces are applied.
Upon request, surface coating applications such as electro galvanization, zinc nickel, phosphate (black), hot dip galvanization and dacromet/geomet are made.
