It is a self-locking, non-loose nut. In bolted connections, it provides resistance against vibration, impact or loosening by locking the threads with spring pressure and loosening by gripping. It is generally used in c channel profiles.
Upon request, surface coating applications such as electro galvanization, zinc nickel, phosphate (black), hot dip galvanization and dacromet/geomet are made.
